What the Role Involves

As a Product Specialist, you will be a key player in our Product Development team. Your primary goal is to support the development of new products and propositions while ensuring our current offerings remain competitive and compliant. This role is perfect for a proactive, analytical individual who is a natural self-starter.

Your main duties will include:

• Ideation and Development: You’ll be responsible for developing innovative product solutions and business cases. You’ll need to conduct thorough research and analysis to assess their feasibility and champion their implementation.
• Market Analysis: You’ll research local and international product offerings to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll analyze large datasets using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and guide the creation of personalized solutions.
• Collaboration: You’ll work closely with various business teams and stakeholders, acting as a product knowledge expert to support projects and implement new strategies.

Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, efficient, and has a strong problem-solving ability. To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the investment industry, with a background in linked investment platforms or product development.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Investments or Economics.
• An in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, including tax and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing or implementing new investment products.

If you have a strong analytical degree and are working towards a postgraduate qualification like CFP, that’s a huge plus!
