What You’ll Do

As our Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our cybersecurity portfolio. Your role is a unique blend of commercial strategy, product development, and relationship management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Product Strategy and Development: You’ll develop and execute the annual product strategy, defining and launching new cybersecurity products and services from concept to market.
• Revenue and Sales Management: You’ll work closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets, manage customer churn, and ensure revenue assurance across all our operating companies (OPCOs).
• Stakeholder Engagement: You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external service providers, partners, and vendors to ensure our products perform at their peak.
• Market Insight: You’ll stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of regulatory changes, technology trends, and market requirements to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
• Customer-Centric Approach: You’ll meet directly with customers to understand their needs, assisting the sales team in creating compelling proposals and winning new business.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. You have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles and a knack for driving strategic initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar or related environment is essential.
• Knowledge: You must have a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on cybersecurity knowledge.
• Skills: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex situations clearly. You are an expert at planning, problem-solving, and have a creative, innovative mindset.
• Qualifications: A first degree in a relevant field and/or an administrator-level certification related to IT and cybersecurity are highly desirable.
