What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll be a key member of a team that works with Agile methodologies. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing and delivering a backlog of change initiatives to maximize the business benefits of our products and features. Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Development & Launch: You’ll assist in developing and maintaining product documentation, from roadmaps to user guides. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure timely product launches.
• Market & Data Analysis: You’ll conduct market and competitor research to support product strategy and positioning. You’ll also monitor product performance metrics and prepare reports to inform key stakeholders.
• Business Analysis: You’ll gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. You’ll also analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs.
• Agile Collaboration: You’ll work closely with Scrum teams to develop user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring the team’s vision is clearly communicated. You’ll also participate in retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement.

Do You Have What It Takes?

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in business analysis or product support.

• Experience: You’ll need 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or product support role. Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Design is highly valued. Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry is a strong preference.
• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Commerce, or a related field is required.
• Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
