Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Order Fulfilment Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient supply chain operations. Key duties include:

• Performance Monitoring: Conducting daily inspections and monitoring the performance of the TDT hub and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Issue Resolution: Identifying operational issues and escalating them to relevant stakeholders in a timeous and effective manner for prompt resolution.
• Process Improvement: Recommending and implementing changes to management and compliance protocols to improve procedures and ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for Customer Service, TDT delivery hubs, and 3PLs to manage and resolve queries efficiently.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generating performance reports to keep hubs, franchisees, and couriers informed of current performance metrics.
• Data Integrity: Executing accurate data capturing within respective systems to ensure business records and customer delivery information are current and precise, including thorough quality control of data.
• General Support: Performing other assigned duties and tasks as required to support operational objectives.

Required Competencies and Skills

The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical and interpersonal skills:

• Communication: Solid communication skills with the ability to read, write, and interpret instructions in English, communicate effectively with all levels of management, and confidently share information and provide constructive feedback.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, a good working knowledge of internet browsers, and MS Outlook.
• Analytical & Organisational: Must have an organized approach to task completion, great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read, interpret data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems by analysing variables and applying appropriate, experience-based solutions.
• Work Environment: Proven ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory.
