Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a talent for customer service? We’re looking for a Product Consultant in Welkom, Free State, to represent our company and drive sales by ensuring our products and services are visible and accessible to customers. This is a permanent, junior-level position that’s perfect for someone with a strong background in retail sales.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, responsible for managing the entire customer experience from vetting and registration to gathering feedback and ensuring satisfaction. You’ll also be in charge of inventory management, ensuring our products are well-maintained, tracked, and always available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Experience Management: Handle customer vetting, manage the rental process, and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
• Inventory & Compliance: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly stored, tracked, and maintained. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining brand standards and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Reporting & Administration: Capture daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and sales. You’ll also identify challenges and take corrective actions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A Matric qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales retail environment.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage yourself effectively.
• Excellent administration and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy and MS Office is a plus.
