The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive individual to build and maintain professional business relationships with a portfolio of Private Wealth clients. Your primary goal will be to proactively acquire new clients, achieve financial targets, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role is a full-time position based in Bloemfontein.

What You’ll Be Doing:

New Business Origination: Actively seek out and acquire new clients to grow your portfolio.
Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Expertise: Get involved in credit-related tasks and manage clients’ assets and investments.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
Query Resolution: Efficiently resolve client queries and issues.
Risk Management: Operate within the bank’s regulatory and compliance frameworks to mitigate risk.
