The Central Regional Office North Central Area is seeking a Principal Clerk to provide administrative support within the Development Planning Division, specifically in Land Use Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist at branch/divisional level and support the public enquiry counter.
- Provide general administrative support to the Division/Branch.
- Liaise with clients alongside the Executive Secretary/Secretary.
- Develop and maintain filing, registry, and database systems.
- Maintain accurate data on document management systems.
- Generate, collect, and collate information for statistical reporting.
- Contribute to Branch, Division, and Directorate Performance Management Plans.

- Proficiency in technology, business processes, and data analysis.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Certificate in Administration.
- 3 years relevant experience.
Benefits and Remuneration
- Housing subsidy, leave, medical aid, pension fund, 13th cheque.
- Annual salary: R232 438.20 – R301 728.48.
