What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Your Team: You’ll manage, train, and develop a team of pharmacists and staff, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent service.
• Drive Business Performance: You will manage the dispensary’s financial performance, control stock and expenses, and proactively implement strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: You will oversee all daily operations, from safe dispensing and stock management to ensuring the pharmacy operates in full compliance with legal and company standards.
• Elevate the Customer Experience: Your focus will be on providing high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate advice, and a seamless, integrated healthcare experience for every customer.

We’re Looking for Someone with:

• A Proven Track Record: You must have a minimum of two years of post-community service experience and at least one year in a people management role.
• Relevant Expertise: You are a Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) and have a strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, financial management, and customer service principles.
• Leadership Skills: You are a natural leader with excellent planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, ready to drive results and meet customer expectations.
