Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-time Sales Agent to join the Pepkor Lifestyle team at our Rochester brand in Clearwater Mall. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing profit and revenue through proactive sales activities and the delivery of excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

The Sales Agent will be responsible for providing a customer-centric sales environment and achieving key performance indicators:

• Sales Performance: Actively perform sales activities to generate revenue and maximize profit.
• Target Achievement: Work diligently toward achieving set sales budgets and income targets.
• Customer Relations: Attract and retain customers by dealing with all interactions in a highly customer-centric manner.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories to identify customer needs and recommend the best-suited products.
• Merchandising: Contribute to attracting and retaining customers through effective and appealing merchandising.
• Administration: Execute cash and credit processes/administration in strict alignment with company policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (or equivalent).
• Experience: 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably within the Retail industry.
