What You’ll Do
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all production operations across our Pump assembly, Polyurethane manufacturing, and Paint Plant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Production Management & Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure we meet key targets for output, quality, and delivery.
- Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Champion our “zero harm” culture, enforce safety policies, and drive the adoption of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate a high-performing culture by training, mentoring, and developing your teams, fostering a sense of accountability and teamwork.
- Performance Tracking & Collaboration: Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate for this role will have a blend of strong leadership experience and technical knowledge. We require:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in pump assembly, polyurethane processing, or industrial painting is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
