What You’ll Do
As an Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operational success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: You will establish, align, and manage budget goals, ensuring effective cost control and a focus on significant growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: You’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and delivering a superior customer experience by continuously improving processes and procedures.
- Team and Culture Development: You will plan and manage the performance, skills development, and talent of your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Risk and Compliance: You will identify, report, and mitigate operational risks while ensuring full compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: You will cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from end-users to senior staff.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a professional with a strong background in operations and a passion for our mission.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role is required.
- Specialized Knowledge: You must have experience with sustainable products and a background in an energy and climate change project.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent electrical or energy qualification.
