WE ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR:-

1. Sales officers

2. Warehouse Supervisor

A1. QUALIFICATION FOR SALES PERSON:-

1.Degree/ Diploma/certificate in marketing or related field.

2.Good in communication.

3. Minimum 1yr of experience in sale

A2. SALES OFFICER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:-

1. Driving revenue by identifying potential customers.
2. Building relationships with them, presenting a company’s products or services.
3. Meet sales targets.
4. Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends.
5. Customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

B1. QUALIFICATION FOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:-

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related role, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting performance target
3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for effectively managing warehouse operations and personnel.
4. Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedure
5. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow.

B2. WAREHOUSE  SUPERVISOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:-

1. Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, sorters, and other support staff
2. Coordinate   and   oversee   daily   warehouse   operations,   including   shipping   and   receiving,   inventory management, and order fulfillment
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
4. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
7. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks
