The Opportunity: Lead Projects from Concept to Completion

As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success, managing all facets of a project’s lifecycle. This is a role that requires a blend of technical mastery, financial acumen, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas:

• Project Leadership & Financial Oversight: You will lead end-to-end project execution, taking charge of budgeting, planning, scheduling, and procurement. Your direct oversight of manpower, resource allocation, and project profitability will be critical to our success.
• Technical & Quality Assurance: You will manage the technical backbone of our projects, including 3D modelling, shop detailing, technical reviews, and crucial QA/QC coordination (e.g., WPS, welding, NDT, and fabrication monitoring).
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and rigorously maintain our HSE policies, ensuring every project meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams to clarify technical specifications, manage expectations, and effectively handle change orders and variations.
• Team Development & Reporting: You will supervise and train project engineers, lead key production meetings, prepare detailed progress reports, and compile final documentation, including Fabrication Data Books.

Who We’re Looking For

This position demands a highly qualified and experienced professional who can navigate the complexities of heavy industrial engineering projects.

Your Essential Profile:

• Education: A B.Eng Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering degree is non-negotiable.
• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Industry Advantage: Experience working within the fabrication, marine, oil and gas, or heavy industrial sector will be a distinct advantage, allowing you to hit the ground running.
• Technical Prowess: A proven ability to manage technical documentation, review engineering drawings, and oversee stringent quality control processes.
