VACANCY: MARKETING TRAINEES

1. Main Objectives:

• To support the hospital’s marketing to increase patients’ base, branding, and communication efforts aimed at promoting services and improving client engagement.
• To assist in delivering excellent patient experience from the first point of contact through orientation, guidance, and general support.
• To gain practical experience in healthcare marketing and client service delivery within a hospital environment.

2. Minimum Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Email).
• Proficiency in both Kiswahili and English.

3. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in promoting hospital services to corporates, walk-in clients and the community.
• Counsel clients on available services, operating hours, and hospital procedures.
• Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and information sheets.
• Participate in outreach and hospital community events.
• Help manage client feedback forms and participate in basic client satisfaction surveys.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support marketing or client service functions.
• Writing reports and minutes
