About the Role

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and expertise in digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, website projects, and promotional initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency and campaign execution
• Manage marketing materials to ensure brand consistency, message alignment, and high-quality output
• Monitor key marketing KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Continuously refine marketing workflows and project management methodologies
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement proactive solutions

Key Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or related roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Expertise in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused

Work Requirements

• 100% remote work
• Working hours: 8 AM – 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday
• Must provide:
