We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Farm of Dreams Lodge in Arusha, Tanzania.
POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER (1 POST).
REPORTING TO: DIRECTOR.
Duties & Responsibilities.
1. Become well versed with the company profile, products and capabilities.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
3. Research and identify potential opportunities for the company.
4. Assist in organizing and participating in industry trade shows and exhibitions.
5. Provide administrative support including budget tracking and coordination of marketing materials.
6. Visit identified companies/clients and introduce them to Farm of Dreams Lodge.
7. Oversee and grow our presence across social media.
8. Monitor our company website.
Education and Qualification.
• Minimum of Diploma in marketing, business administration or any other related from recognized college.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience especially in the hospitality industry
• Must have presentation skills.
• Must have negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel to attend industry events and trade shows.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
