A Day in the Life of a Nespresso Marketing Manager

As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our brand’s success. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Business Results & Brand Image: You’ll analyze market and consumer data to generate key insights, then use them to develop a cohesive consumer journey strategy. You’ll also ensure that a high-quality, consistent brand image is communicated across all marketing initiatives, from product launches to CRM campaigns.
  • Leading Your Department: As part of the local Management Team, you’ll make strategic decisions and ensure your department’s results align with the company’s goals. You’ll manage your budget, align with global stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Building a Strong Team: You will attract and retain top talent, coach your team members, and foster a collaborative environment where everyone understands their shared goals. By setting clear performance goals and leading by example, you’ll help build a happy, healthy, and professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: A degree in Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    • 5–6 years of experience in Marketing Management.
    • 2–3 years of experience in a leadership management role.
    • Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a high-end luxury brand or FMCG.
    • Strong background in marketing research, CRM, brand management, and PR, with end-to-end marketing exposure.
