Are you a creative and driven marketing professional with a knack for strategy and a passion for retail? Broll Property Group is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at the Diamond Pavilion Shopping Centre in Kimberley, Northern Cape.

This is a fantastic six-month contract opportunity for a mid-to-senior-level professional to take full ownership of the center’s marketing program. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies that drive customer engagement, tenant success, and financial growth.


What You’ll Be Doing 💼

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the central point for all marketing, promotional, and administrative activities at the shopping center. Your role is a comprehensive blend of creative strategy, financial oversight, and team leadership.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Marketing: You’ll conceptualize and implement the marketing strategy for the shopping center, managing the brand across all digital, social media, and print platforms.
  • Budget & Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, driving cost efficiencies, and monitoring non-GLA (gross leasable area) income to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll develop and maintain effective public relations with customers, tenants, and service providers, ensuring the company’s professional reputation is upheld.
  • Team Leadership: You’ll manage a team that includes a Marketing Assistant, interns, and guest relations officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Reporting & Awards: You’ll prepare and submit reports, and you’ll even have the opportunity to prepare award submissions for national and international recognition.

Who We’re Looking For 🌟

The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, and highly skilled professional with a minimum of three years of experience in marketing, public relations, and advertising.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: At least three years of experience in marketing, public relations, and advertising.
  • Education: An Associate’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, public relations, and writing skills are essential. You should also have excellent organizational and analytical abilities and be able to manage and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of administration and financial concepts is required to manage budgets and monitor income effectively.
