What We’re Looking For

We need a seasoned professional who can act as a bridge between technical innovation and business results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecom landscape and a proven track record of using data and AI to drive customer value.

To be a strong candidate, you should have:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Telco CVM, customer analytics, or commercial data science.
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong exposure to AI and data-driven decision-making within a telecom context (e.g., churn prediction, segmentation, propensity modeling).
  • A deep understanding of commercial acumen with a demonstrable history of delivering tangible business outcomes like revenue uplift and churn reduction.
  • Consulting experience is a strong advantage.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Manager of CVM, you will lead the design and deployment of data- and AI-powered strategies that help our clients—Tier 1 Telcos—drive measurable customer lifetime value (CLTV). You will lead cross-functional client teams and translate complex analytical insights into actionable, monetizable strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • AI-Enabled CVM Strategy: Lead the development of CVM strategies, build customer intelligence frameworks, and collaborate with data scientists to define next-best-offer strategies.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Design and deploy AI-enabled CVM engines, operationalize models for scalable campaigns, and champion experimentation to optimize offers.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leading teams to implement data-powered CVM roadmaps that scale across different business environments.
  • AI & Data Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and model deployments are production-ready. You will also translate data models into commercial value with compelling, executive-ready storytelling.
