Job Opportunity: License Issuing Administrator (Gauteng)

The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is looking for a dedicated and skilled License Issuing Administrator to join their team in Gauteng. This is a permanent position for a professional with a background in transport management or logistics and a passion for providing efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a License Issuing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the permit application process. Your main duties will include:

• Permit Issuance: Issue temporary and annual permits to compliant applicants.
• Administration: Manage permit stationery and ensure the accuracy of all applications on the Cross Easy Online Permit System.
• Customer Service: Provide efficient and high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth application process.
• Compliance: Ensure all applications comply with the relevant regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Requirements and Competencies

• Formal Qualifications: An NQF level 6 qualification in Transport Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
• Experience: You should have 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-related role, with strong administrative skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Technical Skills: A basic understanding of the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency Act and the Cross Easy Online Permit System is essential.
• Behavioral Skills: The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers an all-inclusive remuneration package of R717,349 per annum.
