Position Overview
NTK Retail in Bela-Bela is offering an exciting opportunity for a Learner Branch Marketer. The role focuses on sales, marketing, and stock control within the retail branch. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow in the agricultural retail environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
• Experience in a related field will be advantageous
• 1–3 years’ experience in irrigation will be beneficial
• Clear criminal record
• Thorough, precise, and accurate
• Committed to adding value to branch operations

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote the organisation’s products according to agreed targets
• Market stock to customers and maintain excellent client relationships
• Manage stock levels and ensure product availability
• Merchandise and replenish stock as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Handle queries and resolve customer issues within set guidelines
