Hollard Insure is seeking a Junior Systems Product Manager to join our Personal Lines Product and Underwriting team in Parktown, Gauteng. What You’ll Do: A Role Focused on Growth and Collaboration

As a Junior Systems Product Manager, you will provide crucial support to the Systems team and the Senior Systems Product Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will be an integral part of the product development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cross-functional collaboration: You will support the Systems team in coordinating with pricing, underwriting, and other functional teams to define product requirements and set priorities.
• Stakeholder engagement: You’ll assist with communication and engagement with external partners, like brokers and third-party vendors, to gather information and understand their needs.
• User-centric focus: You’ll help with administrative tasks related to user queries and feedback, ensuring that the products we develop align with user preferences and provide a satisfactory experience.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented team player with a foundational knowledge of technology and business.

• Qualifications: You must have a Matric/Senior Certificate and an undergraduate qualification in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: You should have at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry. Exposure to Agile teams or software development projects through internships or academic work is a bonus.
• Skills: We need someone with excellent communication and analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and an ability to adapt to feedback. Basic knowledge of HTML and XML is also required.
