About the Role
EyeCarePro is hiring a Junior SEO Strategist to support SEO strategies and foundational digital marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, eager to learn from senior team members and grow their skills in SEO, digital analytics, and online marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Support and Execution
- Assist in keyword research and on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, internal linking)
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
- Support technical SEO tasks such as site audits, crawl checks, and mobile optimization
- Research industry trends and algorithm updates
Client and Team Collaboration
- Support client deliverables such as reports, performance summaries, and basic recommendations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Learning and Development
- Work closely with senior SEO specialists to gain hands-on experience
- Apply feedback to improve SEO skills and understanding
- Take initiative in learning new tools and techniques
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Mindset
- Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
- Strong communicator, able to explain ideas clearly
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
Required Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (internship or academic project experience welcome)

Work Requirements
- Fully remote work-from-home
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- Must have:
- Personal computer and dual monitors (recommended)
- Reliable high-speed internet

- Backup power supply if applicable
