About the Role

As a Sales Agent Field, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, increasing the mobile customer base, and representing the Hollywoodbets brand professionally and positively. You will engage with customers directly, understand their needs, and provide excellent service to ensure a seamless mobile betting experience.

What You’ll Do for the Brand

• Assist clients with opening accounts and handling all betting queries.
• Drive daily sales and activations through effective demonstrations and explanations of mobile products.
• Lead mobile marketing campaigns to attract new online accounts.
• Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
• Promote the mobile brand and set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions.
• Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening new accounts.
• Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus and understand how to bet on the mobile application.
• Maintain neat and tidy work areas to promote a positive brand image.
• Safeguard and maintain all mobile equipment.
• Complete weekly training (Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, Trainers on Wheels).
• May be required to roam between branches and stores based on operational needs.
• Perform any other related duties as required within the business.
