About the Role

As a Housekeeping team member, you will ensure the branch is clean, tidy, and maintained to the highest standard at all times. Your work will support both staff and customers in enjoying a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain personal hygiene and wear the prescribed Hollywoodbets uniform at all times.
• Ensure all work areas, including the branch interior, exterior, and car park, are clean and tidy before opening, during service, and at closing times.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors; clean walls, furniture, TV screens, lights, and machines.
• Empty, wash, sanitize, and replace bins with refuse bags.
• Clean toilets and ensure all service areas are presentable throughout the day.
• Use cleaning chemicals and detergents appropriately and safely.
• Request replacement cleaning equipment or fluids from the Branch Manager as needed.
• Report breakages, maintenance issues, or refurbishment needs to the Branch Manager.
• Clean aircon filters weekly and maintain gaming area tables and chairs, including checking seat covers, table legs, and surfaces.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Bonus: Matric certificate is advantageous.

  • Basic business and financial management awareness
  • People management skills
