Your Mission: Keep Our Tech Running Smoothly
As our IT Support Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech. Your ultimate goal is to build and maintain efficient computer systems while providing reliable, friendly support to all our internal teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for everything from hardware to software and networks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- IT Support & Maintenance: Set up, configure, and maintain computers, software, and networks to ensure maximum functionality. You’ll also perform regular system upgrades and maintenance without disrupting workflow.
- Troubleshooting & User Support: Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external users, providing guidance and support for our in-house applications.
- System and Tool Management: Provide support for our VOIP systems and leverage IT service management tools to ensure smooth operations.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure our networks, data, and computer systems are secure, following all company policies and IT best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant IT field. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT/Support Technician who can hit the ground running.
You should have:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace applications.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools like Freshdesk, ManageEngine, or Zendesk.
- Essential experience with VOIP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional would be a bonus, as would any experience with SQL. If you’re flexible, great under pressure, and a natural team player, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark.
