🧰 What You’ll Do

• Maintain the end-user environment, ensuring all devices are compliant and secure.
• Resolve IT incidents logged via the Service Desk within agreed SLAs — aiming for first-time resolution.
• Install and configure software, operating systems, and equipment for users.
• Take a proactive and innovative approach to troubleshooting and system improvement.
• Identify trending issues and investigate root causes of recurring technical problems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with users, delivering outstanding customer service.

🎓 What You’ll Bring

• A reliable, people-focused attitude with the ability to support 300+ users confidently.
• Relevant IT qualification or certifications such as MCSE, A+, or N+.
• Apple Certified Support credentials would be a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Availability for rotational after-hours standby support.

💡 Experience You’ll Need

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment, including:

• Troubleshooting MS Windows and Mac iOS systems.
• Imaging and provisioning end-user hardware.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 tools including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Maintaining security and business applications such as anti-virus software, proxy services, and encryption tools.
• Supporting IP telephony, video conferencing, and AV systems.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols.
