What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and Research: Use your expertise with platforms like LinkedIn and various tech-based tools to find and attract highly skilled IT professionals in Cloud, DevOps, and Integration.
• Recruitment Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including headhunting, screening, interviewing, and short-listing high-quality candidates.
• Relationship Building: Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs and develop a robust referral network.
• Strategic Planning: Help develop and deliver recruitment strategies, create meaningful content for job ads, and implement social media recruitment plans.
• Administrative Support: Manage our candidate database, assist with response management, and handle the administrative tasks required to deliver a great experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment experience with similar functions.
• Exceptional administration and communication skills.
• Experience working for a recruitment agency.
• Expertise in research, market mapping, and stakeholder management.
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for continuous learning and becoming a true expert in your field.
