This isn’t just about managing timelines and budgets—it’s about contributing directly to our mission of providing a safe and reliable blood supply. You will be at the heart of our IT Department, managing exciting projects that have a material impact on our operations and our community.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinating and motivating cross-functional project teams.
• Developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues (RAID).
• Handling change management, project budgets, and reporting to project boards.
• Providing leadership and support to both business and IT teams.

What we’re looking for:

• A National Diploma or Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner / PMP Certifications and at least 3 years in a dedicated project management role.
• Experience in software development project management is a must (5+ years).
• A valid Code B driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who can build strong relationships and work well under pressure.
