About the Role

Canopy by Hilton is looking for an IT Intern to support the day-to-day operation of IT systems across the hotel. This includes business systems, office networks, telephony systems, and guest-facing technology. The role ensures IT systems run smoothly, minimizing downtime and providing excellent support to both hotel staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, ensuring minimal system outages.
• Record and report any IT issues to the IT Manager, escalating where necessary.
• Recommend improvements to IT systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with the Business Center Team to respond to guest-related IT requests.

Requirements

• Current or previous IT studies.
• Experience with Microsoft systems.
• Familiarity with hotel management applications such as Fidelio and Micros is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge and a passion for technology.
