About the Role
FNB is looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end implementation of IT changes across infrastructure, systems, and applications. This role is central to ensuring smooth, efficient, and controlled transitions that minimize business disruption while enhancing performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated change strategies for IT initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and engage stakeholders to evaluate potential effects on business operations.
• Deliver seamless IT change solutions with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Manage IT change processes, ensuring governance and compliance with all audit and legislative requirements.
• Develop and oversee IT Change Management programmes, including timelines, tasks, and performance tracking.
• Produce and maintain detailed change management documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues during IT change implementation.
• Optimize resource and capacity planning to maximize IT change efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor business profitability and recommend cost-effective change solutions.
• Foster collaboration across IT teams through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
