• Provide Technical Expertise: Advise customers on technical information and provide feasible solutions to their problems.
• Drive Sales: Actively up-sell and cross-sell our products, promoting specials and new offerings.
• Manage the Customer Journey: Handle customer queries, manage general administration, and follow up on back orders to ensure a smooth experience.
