The Emeris Pretoria Campus is inviting applications for the position of Independent Contractor (Part-Time): Financial Management to support the Faculty of Management Studies.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver effective facilitation and lecturing for Financial Management qualifications, along with all related academic activities such as student engagement and support — promoting student learning and success.

Minimum Education Requirements

A completed degree in one of the following specialisations:

• Honours in Financial Accounting or Management

Alternatively:

• Honours in a Business-related field (e.g. Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Risk, Supply Chain, or Project Management) with Accounting or Financial Management up to third-year level, or
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Asset Management, Entrepreneurship, Risk, Supply Chain, or Project Management) to the third-year level, plus either an MBA or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements

It would be advantageous if candidates also have:

• Relevant industry experience in Financial Management or related fields.
• Previous lecturing experience in higher education.

• This is an Independent Contractor (Part-Time) role.
