The Opportunity
Fidelity ADT is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our team in the Nelspruit/Whiteriver area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by providing essential security solutions to our valued residential and commercial customers.
We are looking for a true ‘hunter’ who can effectively generate and close deals across a range of security products, from armed response agreements to advanced electronic systems. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant is primarily responsible for driving new business acquisition and client retention:
A. Sales and Business Generation

Solution Selling: Source and close sales agreements for armed monitoring and response services, providing invaluable security solutions.

Product Sales: Drive the sale of a diverse range of technical products, including innovative alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security infrastructure.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed challenging monthly sales revenue and client acquisition targets.

Lead Generation: Generate and close deals, leveraging both self-sourced leads and those received internally.

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders to drive sustained business growth.
B. Reporting and Administration

Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to accurately track progress against targets and forecast sales performance.

Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all administrative duties related to sales.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Matric or equivalent qualification.
-
Experience: Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods sales or a related field.

Licensing: PSIRA Grade C (Mandatory Requirement).

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of intruder detection equipment (e.g., IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems) is highly advantageous.

Language: Proficiency in Afrikaans is considered an advantage.

Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are essential.
