Join Our Team: Human Resources Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a strategic role where you can truly make an impact? Wits Donald Gordon Medical Centre in Parktown, Johannesburg, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is a permanent, on-site position for a proactive leader ready to drive business success through strategic HR practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Performance: Drive business results by applying strategic HR tools and services.
  • Lead HR Initiatives: Optimize talent management, promote employee engagement, and lead workforce optimization efforts.
  • Ensure Fairness: Champion transformation through Employment Equity management and fair HR practices.
  • Manage the Team: Lead and manage the HR department staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: An essential three-year degree or diploma in Human Resources.
  • Experience: Five to eight years of recent generalist experience in Human Resources. Experience in Labour Relations or Learning and Development is a plus.
  • Skills & Knowledge: You should have a strong understanding of HR policies, Employment Equity implementation, talent management, and employee relations. We are seeking someone with excellent strategic people management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
