Clinix Health Group is searching for a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Solomon Stix Morewa Memorial Private Hospital in Johannesburg.
What Makes This Role Unique?
This isn’t your average HR role. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic force, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and staff. You’ll be responsible for the full HR generalist function, from recruitment and selection to employee relations and training, all while ensuring that HR practices are perfectly aligned with our hospital’s goals.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Plan and deliver HR solutions that meet the specific needs of the hospital, translating business requirements into effective people practices.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Advise managers and staff on all HR matters, from complex employee relations issues to performance and attendance.
- Lead HR Processes: Manage the entire HR spectrum, including workforce planning, onboarding, recruitment, and performance management.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date on all relevant labor relations and legal frameworks, ensuring that our HR policies are always in line with current legislation.
- Drive Initiatives: Initiate, manage, and drive HR projects at the hospital level to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Are You the Perfect Fit?
We’re looking for a professional with a 3-year Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent NQF7 qualification. You should have 3-5 years of HR generalist experience and a strong working knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and industrial relations.
The ideal candidate also possesses:
- The ability to provide expert advice and guidance on complex HR matters.
- Strong analytical skills to report on HR information and develop strategies.
- A deep understanding of relevant labor relations and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- A talent for managing and driving projects and HR initiatives.
