Are you a detail-oriented and organized HR professional ready for a new challenge? AVI Limited’s National Brands Limited division is searching for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the Isando Coffee & Creamer factory in Kempton Park, Gauteng.

This is a permanent position perfect for someone with a passion for efficiency and a knack for managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the backbone of our HR department. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Time and Attendance Management: You will manage the clocking system, track and verify overtime and acting allowances, and compile weekly reports to ensure accuracy.
• Leave and Payroll Support: You’ll be responsible for verifying and recording all leave forms, acting as a backup for leave capturing, and processing time and attendance entries on our system to support weekly payroll.
• Administrative Support: You will facilitate fixed-term contract processes, maintain employee role profiles, support with scheduling training, and assist with a variety of other HR functions to ensure smooth operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

The ideal candidate is someone who can work with precision and is proficient with HR systems. To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Experience: At least 3 years of HR administration experience in a unionized environment within the FMCG or manufacturing industry. A solid understanding of the payroll process and experience with SAP is essential.
• Qualifications: A completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources (National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) is a must. Knowledge of time and attendance systems like BesTime is a major advantage.
