What You’ll Be Doing

As the primary point of contact for our business units, you’ll be much more than an HR administrator. You’ll be a strategic partner, a liaison, and a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will span the full employee lifecycle, including:

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and provide HR support to meet talent needs.
• Employee Relations: Cultivate a healthy, open environment by building strong relationships with staff at all levels.
• Performance & Development: Support the rollout of performance cycles, providing coaching and training to managers.
• Talent Management: Drive key HR activities from recruitment and compensation to learning and development.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Help develop and execute our Employment Equity plan, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• HR Projects: Take on both local and group-wide HR projects to support our evolving business needs.

Is This You?

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in HR and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s or B-Tech Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• A strong understanding of HR practices across the employee lifecycle and labor legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE, SD).
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data analytical skills.
• The ability to think and work independently while being a great team player.
• Experience with HRIS, such as SAP and SuccessFactors, is a plus.
