In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them navigate the world of vitamins, supplements, and health products. Your mission is to provide exceptional service, build trust, and ensure every customer finds exactly what they need to live a healthier life.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Health Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of our store team, focusing on the health and wellness section. Your daily tasks will include:

• Expert Advice: Assisting and advising customers on a wide range of vitamins, supplements, and other health focus products.
• Sales & Service: Promoting and selling products while ensuring the highest level of customer care. You will work to achieve monthly team, brand, and vendor sales targets.
• Merchandising: Keeping displays in the health section well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You’ll also implement promotional displays and ensure broadsheet items are prominently featured.
• Stock Management: Adhering to administrative procedures, including managing weekly returns, controlling stock, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Knowledge Sharing: Staying up-to-date on new products and product lines to provide the best possible advice to our customers.

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for someone who is not only a great salesperson but also a genuinely helpful and knowledgeable professional.

• Essential Requirements:
  • A Grade 12/Matric certificate.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience in a health or vitamins environment.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and sound numerical skills.
  • The ability to work retail hours.
• Added Advantages:
  • A qualification in BSc Biomedicine, BSc Biotechnology, or a similar health-related field.
  • Experience in a retail sales environment, particularly in health foods or supplements.
  • Fluency in a second language commonly spoken in the area.
