The Opportunity

Under the guidance of our Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our treatment department. You’ll ensure our team adheres to the highest standards of treatments, cleanliness, and professionalism. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a high-performing and motivated team that delivers amazing experiences and everlasting memories for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial & Commercial Leadership: Assist the Spa Manager in meeting budget requirements and maximizing retail sales. You’ll be responsible for inventory management, ensuring we are both profitable and well-stocked.
• Operational Management: Take charge of the treatment area in the absence of the Spa Manager. You’ll ensure the facility is adequately staffed, maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and promote our services to maximize sales potential.
• Team Development: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of all spa therapists. You’ll be a mentor and a leader, setting the highest standard in professionalism, attitude, and appearance.
• Guest Relations: Handle all guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace, ensuring every guest feels heard and cared for.
