🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support both strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee accounting, invoicing, and creditor/debtor management, maintaining data integrity.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and monitor financial risks.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and statutory requirements.
• Deliver timely, relevant, and actionable financial insights to the executive team, board, and investors.
• Drive process improvements and implement robust financial systems and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring alignment with company vision and values.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• CA (SA) with 7+ years post-articles experience.
• Proven experience working in high-growth businesses and partnering closely with executive leadership.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and risk management.
• Experience within SaaS or technology-driven environments will be a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and inspiring successful teams.

💰 Compensation

• Salary: R1,200,000 – R1,680,000 CTC per year
  (based on experience and qualifications)
