What You’ll Be Doing

As the primary point of contact for a key client team, you will:

• Own the Client Relationship: Manage all day-to-day communications and serve as the main focal point for client interactions.
• Lead the Strategy: Take on all briefs and ensure they are understood and effectively translated to the delivery team. You will be a strategic partner who guides clients toward better business outcomes.
• Drive Financials: Work closely with your Business Unit Director to achieve and exceed financial targets.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Work alongside Project Leads, Strategy, and Studio teams to ensure creative integrity and deliver work that meets both client and agency expectations.
• Mentor the Team: Manage different personalities and strive to get the best out of each team member, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
