What You’ll Be Doing

• Operational Management: Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring every shift is correctly staffed and runs efficiently. You’ll be highly visible to both guests and staff, maintaining a positive and upbeat atmosphere.
• Guest Service Excellence: You’ll ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and efficient service. You’ll be an expert on the menu and beverage lists, assisting with waiter service and promptly addressing any guest dissatisfaction.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all kitchens and back-of-house areas maintain the highest level of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. You’ll be responsible for food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Assist with scheduling, payroll, and training for the F&B staff. You’ll ensure every team member is correctly presented and upholds the highest standards of service.
