Hollywoodbets is looking for a Food and Beverage Administrator to join our team in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Food and Beverage Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and reporting on all F&B branch administration and stock control. Your work will directly impact our operations across all regions.

• Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: You will be responsible for collating stock reports, conducting bank and stock reconciliations, and preparing monthly F&B trading results.
• System Management & Compliance: You’ll ensure all branches operate efficiently on GAAP, conduct proper GRV processes, and work closely with internal audits to investigate and resolve variances and shortages.
• Operational Support: You’ll assist branch managers in implementing F&B procedures, managing documentation flow, and optimizing resource management to ensure sufficient staffing during busy periods.
• Problem-Solving: You’ll investigate stock variances, resolve supplier queries, and ensure all daily F&B documentation is complete and accurate.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a Finance Department or Cash Management. While not essential, a post-matric qualification or a background in the food and beverage industry would be a significant advantage. You must be a results-driven individual with strong financial management skills, a high level of accuracy, and a knack for problem-solving.
