We are seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who can oversee our financial operations, support business growth through robust planning and reporting, and ensure full compliance.


Your Role and Impact

As the Financial Manager, you will be a key driver of our financial health and strategic decision-making. You’ll manage a range of critical financial functions, ensuring precision and efficiency across the entire CFW group of companies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets, conduct rolling forecasts, and perform variance analysis to align with company goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports, providing insightful analysis on fixed and variable costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure sufficient liquidity through effective forecasting and control.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure full compliance with all financial regulations and internal control procedures, leading regular audits and reviews. You will also manage all tax returns to minimize exposure and avoid penalties.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance and accounting.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CA(SA) or an equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with Sage X3 is an advantage.
