What You’ll Do

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful relationships. You’ll work with clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, then provide expert, holistic financial planning across a range of areas.

Your role will involve:

• Building Trust: Developing trusted relationships with clients to understand their individual needs.
• Providing Holistic Advice: Offering comprehensive financial planning on investments, retirement, risk, estate, and tax matters.
• Creating Strategies: Designing tailored financial strategies and ensuring clients stay on track toward their aspirations.
• Staying Current: Keeping up with the latest industry shifts and financial products to deliver sound, up-to-date advice.
• Growing Your Business: Managing and expanding your client base through both internal and external networking.

What You’ll Need to Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in financial planning and a proactive, client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant qualification such as a National Certificate, Advanced Diploma, BTech, or BCom in Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing, or Risk Management.
• The RE5 certification is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Financial Planner.
• A CFP® (Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning) would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
