What You’ll Be Doing

As a Finance Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of our financial administration, handling a wide range of tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Financial Administration: You’ll monitor and manage all finance-related queries, from accounts payable to fixed assets. You’ll also collate and check invoices, expense claims, and purchase requisitions.
• Revenue Administration: You’ll be responsible for following up on revenue declarations from concessionaires, preparing rental calculations, and ensuring all billings are accurate and in line with contracts.
• Data Management: You’ll be responsible for the daily compiling, capturing, and auditing of hospitality data using systems like Micros and Opera.
• Problem-Solving: You’ll work with various departments to resolve queries, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all financial processes are running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a Grade 12 certificate and a Diploma in Finance. You should have a minimum of 2 years of finance experience and be proficient in MS Office. Experience with systems like Opera, Micros, and IFS would be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a methodical approach to their work.
