Job Description
To administer payments related to imported goods, ensuring that final unit costs and gross profits are accurately calculated. The role also involves performing supplier and control account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile creditors and/or suspense accounts.
• Process financial import claims and penalties.
• Handle open account (TT) and Letter of Credit (LC) payments.
• Capture invoices and arrange payments to service providers.
• Complete costings and maintain supplier documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification (with Accounting).
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance (advantageous).
• Relevant work experience in a Finance team (advantageous).
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Strong numerical aptitude.
