Race Coast KZN is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Operations Coordinator to support our busy events calendar. Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of all events.
• Support setup, logistics, and breakdown for race days and external functions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, security, maintenance, and cleaning teams.
• Maintain event documentation and operational checklists.
• Supervise casual staff and contractors on event days.
• Ensure venue compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor event inventory and assist the Stock Controller with requisitions.
• Conduct post-event feedback and support operational reports.
• Perform other duties as required to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Events or Hospitality Management.
• 2–3 years’ experience in operational event support.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks.
