We are looking for a highly motivated District Manager to join our team in the Brits Life office, based in the North West. What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting and training high-quality insurance representatives.
• Managing your team to ensure optimal performance.
• Achieving set insurance sales targets.
• Monitoring compliance with all relevant legislation, including FAIS, FICA, and LTIA.
• Developing and expanding markets to grow our business.
• Managing risk within your district.

What We Need From You

To be the right fit for this role, you will need:

• A Grade 12 certificate.
• A suitable industry entry qualification that meets the Financial Services Board’s requirements.
• Compliance with FAIS legislation for registration as a Fit and Proper individual.
• A clear ITC and criminal record.
• An RE5 certificate (RE1 is an advantage).
• A driver’s license and your own reliable transport and cell phone.
• A minimum of three years of proven success in the marketing of Life Assurance.
